Jack delivered an excellent workshop around breath work and meditation to our Under 18 squad at MK Dons Football Club. It covered breath work techniques to support pre-match preparation, as well as during and post performance. As the session was pitch based, it allowed players to practice this in their performance environment and kept all players engaged throughout.
